The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for leading a small team of committed and talented professionals to provide quality person-centred lifestyle and leisure activities across our Frankston South home (120 older persons).
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be kind, resident-focused, and creative.
You will also have:
Experience coordinating appropriate and person-centred lifestyle programs to a broad range of residents with varying abilities Experience leading a team - allocating workload, providing training, coaching, and support Strong computer skills using MS Office, Internet, and electronic client management system Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task Current Victorian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive the bus for excursions Willingness to undergo a National police check and provide proof of rights to work in Australia, and to apply for a Victorian Working with Children Check We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
