We are seeking to appoint a Senior Research Fellow in Virtual Care.
The researcher will work within a multi-disciplinary team, closely with health services, university and industry partners to design and implement virtual care services in community settings including residential aged care homes and general practices.
In addition to leading components of the work, undertaking data collection and analysis, the researcher will assist in the day-to-day management of an NHMRC and MRFF grant, supervise junior researchers, and assist in general tasks such as preparing future grant applications and supervision of PhD students.
About you
Doctorate or PhD in Digital Health, Human Factors, Implementation Science or a related field.
Significant experience conducting impactful mixed-methods original research and engaging in scholarly activity, particularly in virtual care, residential aged care or general practice settings.
Significant experience in supervising and mentoring others.
Demonstrates a strong track record of effectively working in multi-disciplinary teams, including academic, industry and professional institutions, health partners, and other stakeholders.
Acknowledged at a national level as influential in expanding knowledge within their discipline, as evidenced by publications, grants, invited presentations, etc.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
