The successful applicant will have a high level of competency with the ability to work with multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce and MS Suite, especially Excel.
You will possess excellent communication skills, take ownership and pride in your performance, establish and develop professional customer relationships and work as a collaborative team member.
What your day to day will look like: Review and investigate all customer inquiries and concerns thoroughly within Service Level Agreements in accordance to Case Management guidelines.Create a case or account and update case notes and mandatory fields in Salesforce to ensure accurate record keeping is maintained.Liaise with external and internal customers as required to provide an effective outcome.Build rapport and effective relationships with internal and external customers.Take ownership to ensure quality outcomes are achieved.Proactively work as an integral part of the team in accordance with Techtronic Industries values and behaviours to deliver a consistent customer experience.What you will bring to the role: Two years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or customer service division.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail and quality.Good analytical skills.Excellent time management skills and able to work is a planned and organised manner, deliver quality outputs and adhere to systems and processes.On time delivery with a sense of urgency to achieve and maintain targets.Actively participate as team player to ensure the completion of common goals.Can adapt to changing circumstances & open to ways of undertaking tasks.Initiative & drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience by going above and beyond customer expectations, applying the appropriate course of action.Ability to exhibit personal attributes that foster effective interpersonal relationships.If you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful, and dynamic organisation, then please click APPLY NOW
