Emphasizing sustainability and quality, the brand creates versatile, luxe pieces that appeal to those with a free-spirited, boho-chic style.As they continue to expand globally, they are seeking an exceptional Global Wholesale Manager who will focus on driving their channel on a global level, as well as ensuring sales timelines are aligned, alongside managing external agencies/distributors. Key responsibilities of the role involve:Develop and drive strategies and financial targets for both international and Australian markets, aligned with business growth goals.Lead and develop internal sales teams and manage external agencies/distributors, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and goals.Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align sales strategies and retail placements, and create merchandising guides.Set and monitor sales targets, conduct sales training, provide regular sales/inventory updates, and oversee reporting processes for key insights.Build strong relationships across teams, conduct market analyses, support trend analysis, and collaborate on product range planning to meet sales targets and retailer goals.Skills required include:3+ years' experience in a similar role within FashionStrong wholesale experience essential, you'll be able to hit the ground running.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by being flexible and adaptableExcellent negotiation and analytical skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlinesAbility to build relationships and network easilyAvailability to travel as neededAble to work around different time zonesEnthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-activeGenerous clothing allowance + ongoing discounts.
