So, who is GROW Inc?
Founded in 2016, we're the Australian FinTech success story you probably haven't heard about.
We're solving big problems in the Superannuation and Managed Funds industry.
The administration platforms (the software that tracks everything to do with your super) are built on things you or your parents would recognise from the glory days of 90's computing.
How are we doing it?
We're solving this by disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology which improves the financial wellbeing of Australians.
We're making Super more timely and information more accessible whilst enabling wealth management companies to offer more cost effective solutions.
We're rebels with a cause.

Job Description Preferred experience
Managed funds experience in the back office, registry, fund accounting and/or payments space(s).
Technically literate and strong in product discovery and UX.
Led large streams of product work where you delivered success across several clients and vendors.
Enterprise product management and delivering on a vision in this space.
Self starter who can demonstrate exceptional ownership, attention to detail and autonomy.
Provide strategic guidance to Solution Specialists and Teams on everything related to the allocated stream or pillar (Super/Fund/Tech).
Be the subject matter expert on GROW's products, understanding their features, capabilities, and benefits inside and out.
Demonstrate excellence in how to communicate, plan and execute on work across the allocated stream.
Design and plan the approach to validate understanding of any applicable problems and analysis.
Conduct impact assessments on how P&T, Admin and Operations decisions affect other parties.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement.
