We're solving big problems in the Superannuation and Managed Funds industry.
The administration platforms (the software that tracks everything to do with your super) are built on things you or your parents would recognise from the glory days of 90's computing.
How are we doing it?
We're solving this by disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology which improves the financial wellbeing of Australians.
We're making Super more timely and information more accessible whilst enabling wealth management companies to offer more cost effective solutions.

Job DescriptionAsTeam Lead, Member Paymentsat GROW, you will:
Support, coach and mentor the Member Payments teamManage workflow to ensure SLA's are metSupport the Head of Administration in delegated tasksProvide input and feedback into business enhancementsSupport any client enquiriesManage business Incident remediationReview and put forward business rules and procedure updates for teamin consultation with clientsQualificationsAt GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper.
However, to be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:
5+ years of experience in superannuation administration across member payments3+ years of leadership experienceExperience with Google Suite or MicrosoftSuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailGreat problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectivelyAbility to adapt to changeWillingness tochallenge the status quoWe value diversity of thought and believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference here at GROW.
