We're solving big problems in the Superannuation and Managed Funds industry.How are we doing it?We're disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology which improves the financial wellbeing of Australians.We currently have multiple roles open across various teams within our Superannuation Operations function, including roles in our Insurance/Underwriting team. As a Superannuation Administrator at GROW, you will:Process all assigned work within the contracted SLAEnsure all work is completed accurately without errors (either processing or peer review)Identify areas which impact your ability to meet accuracy and SLA commitmentsProvide support to your team members to ensure we achieve our targeted SLA performance as a teamAdvocate opportunities for continuous improvement working with your Stream Lead & Operations Support specialists to identify risks and defects relating to existing solutions to optimise operational efficiency and service excellenceEnsure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your Stream Lead or Leader, including supporting any root cause (to reduce further risk) and active participation in the rectification processTo be successful in this role, we're ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have at least 2 years of experience in a similar superannuation administrator role within the Money In, Money Out, Pensions, Insurance, and/or Data Support/Annual Review space.Why you'll love working at GROWBirthday Leave - Take an extra day off on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangement with no set days in the officeExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronicsWe are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.
