This is your opportunity to work with a respected builder, lead challenging and rewarding projects, and elevate your career in Sydney's thriving construction industry.ABOUT THE ROLEStep into a key role as a Remedial Foreman, focusing on high-quality finishes and remedial works while ensuring WHS compliance and on-time delivery.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be supported by a collaborative team, including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand, and Cadet, giving you the resources to deliver outstanding results.DUTIESLead and manage daily site operations with precisionEnsure strict adherence to WHS complianceCoordinate and manage subcontractors and project schedulesOversee structural work, finishes, and remedial worksConduct toolbox talks and site inductionsSKILLS & EXPERIENCEHigh-end Residential experience preferredExperience managing Waterproofing & Remedial SubcontractorsStrong track record of stability with previous employersTrade qualificationCULTUREThis business is seen as an employer of choice with excellent staff retention and longevity across their state divisions.
