About the company The business was established in 1974 by Mr. John Barbuto (JB), trading from a single store in East Keilor, Victoria.
He had one simple philosophy: to deliver a specialist range of Hi-Fi and recorded music at Australia's lowest prices.
The business was sold in 1983 and by 1999 another nine stores were opened.
In July 2000 JB Hi-Fi was purchased by private equity bankers and senior management.
About the role As the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Improvement Program within JB Hi-Fi Group Commercial.
Your role will be central to delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, spanning eCommerce development, CRM (Salesforce) enhancements, and other key projects.
Using your deep understanding of the B2B Commercial business, you will leverage insights to create impactful solutions that support the organization's goals.
What you'll be responsible for Problem Identification: Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support the organization's goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights.
Skills you'll need Task Prioritization: Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
Decision Making: Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one.
Problem Solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
