Our Retail Operations Team is on a mission to find a Retail Operations expert to coordinate and manage all Retail execution activities through consolidated communication and calendaring the key annual activities for our Retail Network.
Reporting to the General Manager of DTC, this role is pivotal to ensuring the Retail Network is well planned and supported to deliver World Class Customer Service and Retail Standards.
So, what goes into making that happen?Retail CommunicationsDevelop materials to ensure clear direction on promotional activities, together with engaging key stakeholders on promotional activities/campaigns from planning and administration to execution.Establish and maintain procedure documentation and team communications.Communicate with Regional Managers and other members of the DTC team to ensure that retail operations have ongoing two-way dialogue at all times.Prepare, convert, and analyse raw data from multiple sources into a reportable format to facilitate fact-based decisions.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to retail operations, including internal store audit requirements.Understand, review and benchmark the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve the objectives of communication and development initiatives.Test and implement new initiatives, and work closely with our DTC teams to review processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate changes and updates to the stores and wider business in a timely manner.Liaise with the planning team to ensure clarity is provided to the Retail network.Coordinate Retail input to present back into business functions.Create, communicate, and manage standardised documents across the retail network, including understanding policies and process documents and making any necessary changes as required.Increase the awareness of company initiatives through effective communication and acting as a conduit between the DTC teams and internal departments/stakeholders.Manage flow of information including meeting invites, agendas and minutes, announcements, regular reporting and presentations.PlanningPlan, organise and coordinate retail operations to achieve clarity in building executional excellence.Support in executing operational excellence for our DTC teams as well as assist with identifying opportunities to drive performance.Maintain information mapping standards across the business.Maintain the annual retail operating calendar and proactively communicate upcoming events and activities.Assist to develop Core Planning Tools for the retail network.Assist with maintenance and consumables as required.Participate as a member of the wider Retail Operations team and as a team player to assist others where required and directed.In return, we offer: A permanent full-time opportunity with a blend of autonomy and collaboration.Working as part of a supportive, passionate and close-knit team, both locally and globally.Salary + bonuses + annual salary reviews + perks.A 'moments that matter' way of flexible working.Study leave with a supportive L&D focused culture.Free onsite gym and twice weekly personal training sessions.Generous staff discount.Opportunities to give back through community and team events.Convenient Marsden Park location in a new head office facility, closely connected to the M7, with ample free parking.That's enough about us
