As a rapidly expanding business, there is a high degree of opportunity for progression, creativity, and ownership.What will I be doing?Evangelize our product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across our Small Business segmentManage the full sales cycle for Intercom's Small Business customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approachProvide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performanceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processesCreate your own demonstrations, tailored to client needsEngage in team development and mentoringRepresent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including Marketing and ProductContribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business, pioneering new best practices and driving projects to up level the teamWhat skills do I need?2+ years experience in a closing role1+ years selling SaaS productsExperience in outbound prospectingStrong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quotaExceptional written and verbal communicatorComfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizesAbility to close net new business in a competitive environmentExhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambitionBenefitsCompetitive salary and equity in a fast-growing start-upCatered lunch every weekday, plus a fully stocked kitchenRegular compensation reviews - we reward great workFlexible paid time off policyHealthcare stipend towards private health insurance for you and your partner/spouseMacBooks are our standard, but we also offer Windows for certain roles when needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
