Your role with us: Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to create an impact at Easygo as a Level-3 technical expert as part of our collaborative IT Team.
You will tackle complex challenges and solve critical issues across modern SaaS applications and public cloud environments like AWS.
We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive independently to drive impact across our business.
Who are we?
At Easygo we proudly stand as a prominent service provider to a powerhouse of brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming.
What you will do: SaaS System Administration: Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customization, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics.
Scripting and Automation: Perform ad-hoc coding (or low/no-coding) and integrate with APIs to improve how systems at Easygo interact with each other in a cohesive way that suits the requirements of the business.
On-premise Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers in on-premises environments, ensuring they are secure and running efficiently.
Maintain and monitor the company's LAN, WAN, and corporate VPN networks to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
System Security: Coordinate with the Security Team to assist in implementing security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Ensure all IT systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Technical Support: Provide level-3 technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving complex problems promptly.
Backup and Recovery: Manage data backup solutions, ensuring regular backups are performed and data can be recovered in the event of a failure.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and security protocols.
Project Management: Assist in various IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new technologies.
What you will bring: Prior experience in an IT Support, Systems Administrator role, with proven skills in administering IT systems - SaaS applications, Public Cloud and IT Projects - in a busy environment.
Bonus points if you also have: Prior experience in iGaming or Casino: Understanding the typical requirements covering IT, platforms, applications, and cybersecurity challenges specific to this sector.
Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Certifications: IT or Cloud certifications will be looked upon favorably, including demonstrated proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare, Google Workspace, or Google Cloud (GCP) and other platforms.
