Your new role We are currently seeking a flexible Care & Support Worker to join our team on a Part Time basis for 20 hours per fortnight or more depending on availability.
In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you will be working across our community care program based in and around Braeside and the South Eastern Region assisting our clients in their homes.

So – what is a day in the life of a Community Care & Support Worker? No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic role.
In your new role, some of the requirements will include:
Personal Care: showering, oral care and continence managementMedication Assistance: Administering and monitoring medications, assisting with dressings and basic observationsFood Preparation: preparing, cooking and serving of mealsCommunity Support: escorting our clients on community outings e.g.
shopping trips, excursions, lunches, appointmentsTransport: escorting our clients to medical and allied health appointments, hospital visits and respite careDomestic Support: cleaning, tidying, changing bedding to ensure a safe, clean and sanitized environment for our clientWhat's in it for you?
