About the role This 12 Month max term contract is based in our Mitcham office and reporting into the Executive Director – Community.
The Head of Transformation will support Alliance Community as it navigates a series of critical system and process changes.
This position will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, coordination and management of various ongoing initiatives related to system integrations, audits and action plans.
The role will manage, plan, direct, coordinate, monitor and/or supervise business and program processes and operational systems to ensure the efficiency of business and related systems.
They will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners to drive successful program outcomes.
Lead the coordination and management of multiple interdependent systems and process change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs of work from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.Work closely with program teams to identify risks, dependencies and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Support the implementation of key systems changes, including but not limited to CRM, TechOne and the Aged Care Action Plan.Manage the integration of the Moving on Audits (MOA) process into the organisation's workflow, ensuring smooth transition and compliance.Ensure proper training, resources, and change management strategies are in place to ensure adoption of new systems and processes by staff.Develop frameworks and processes to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement of systems and processes post-implementation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, resilience and adaptability by engaging teams at all levels and promoting the value of transformation initiatives.Establish and implement quality assurance standards to ensure all projects meet organisational and regulatory requirements.Identify potential risks to the successful delivery of systems and process changes and develop appropriate risk management plans.About you: Proven experience managing major programs of work in complex organisational settings, ideally in a community-based organisation or a similar sector.Strong background in managing system integration projects and process changes.Experience in change management and facilitating the adoption of new technologies and processes.Demonstrated experience with audit processes.Proven experience in a leadership role within the community, disability, or aged care sectors, with a focus on quality, safety, and governance.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to achieve results through others and engage stakeholders at all levels.Analytical with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects/multiple streams of change simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.Benefits and perks The main benefit of this role is the opportunity to work for an organisation that has a proven track record of developing and growing staff with a history of promoting from within.
