About This Role This role will be responsible to the C-27J Key Account Manager (KAM) and will report to the C-27J Lead Instructor for provision of training, administrative and subject matter expertise support application to Spartan Loadmaster Initial Qualification (LIQ) course.
You will own the preparation, delivery, assessment, maintenance and evaluation of training and assessment materials, including delivery of training in the classroom, Fuselage Trainer (FuT) and Simulator as required.
This role will be based on RAAF Base Amberley, QLD.
The role we are offering you End-to-end responsibility of C-27J Loadmaster trainingConduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriateLiaise with internal and external stakeholders on all training requirementsContribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material that supports syllabus delivery.Our ideal candidate has: Hold, or ability to gain, a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar, and/or recognised equivalent experienceHave previous airborne loadmaster experienceHave, or ability to complete, ground training segments of the C-27J Loadmaster Conversion CoursePrevious airborne instructor experience on military or civilian transport aircraft with more than 300 hours of flying instructional experienceWhat CAE offers you: Opportunity to make a considerable impact on Australian defence and securityExciting career paths in a truly global businessAccess to a generous ADF Reserve Service PolicySecurity requirements As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
