We are looking for a committed team member to lead, coach, and support our store team.
The successful applicant will be a natural people leader, customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and be able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and coach a team of customer service championsEnsure health, safety, and wellness of all team membersManage store budgets, with a focus on margin and profitabilityExecute business plans, promotions, and initiativesDrive customer service excellence and build relationshipsManagement of store operations and motor vehicle fleetManagement of store inventory, order & receipt incoming stockSkills & Experience : Exceptional communication skillsAbility to deliver financial resultsExperience or a passion for auto partsWell presented, great phone mannerAbility to influence & negotiateWhat's in it for you?
