You will be playing an important part of ensuring our delivery teams are receiving the right information in a reliable way, and therefore, experience with Customer Communications Management tools will be highly regarded.Your key responsibilities will be:Capture and groom requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that align to business requirements.Analysing requirements and user stories from both a Customer Communications (Functional Specifications, Data Mapping, Template structure & design responsive design) and Technical (APIs calls, mini app integration, data mapping) perspective to ensure completeness.Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each story that is being delivered at the right time. Work with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery.Assist Product Owners to define and own the value definition of stories, including facilitating and influencing backlog prioritisation.CCM subject matter expert: Expert in translating Customer Communications capability into Features, Epics and Stories complete with acceptance criteria, which can easily be understood by the development team.About youIf you think this role is right for you, your skills and qualifications may include:Experience (+2 years) using leading Customer Communications Management tools is mandatory.Previous experience (+3 years) in delivering business and technical analysis services is mandatory.Experience in the Financial Services (Banking/Insurance) Industry is mandatory.Extensive and in-depth experience in business analysis in complex transformation programs and projects.Experience working with data models, data dictionaries and SQL, XML.Able to translate Business Requirements into Technical Mapping.Experience working in a Team environment with BAs, SMEs, Developers and Testers to ensure technical mapping is aligned to business requirements.Experience working in an Agile delivery environment using Confluence, Jira, Rally or DevOps.High level ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, through all levels within an organisation (business and technical).Experience with leveraging project controls such as Risk, Issues, Scope, Dependencies, flight planning and Sprint planning.How you'll benefitWe provide a dynamic and rewarding work environment featuring:Competitive salary, bonus, and super offerings.Opportunities for advancement and learning.Exposure to a broad range of clients, projects and technologies.Next stepsIf you think this role is the right fit for you, then please apply.
