About The Role: The SaaS Account Manager at Martian Logic is about building a trusting relationship with clients in order to understand what the clients love and dislike about the products and services they're paying for.
It's also about maximising the ROI clients are getting from our platform.

Key Responsibilities: Build a trusting relationship with clients in order to get an accurate estimate of the client satisfaction and the value we deliver to clientsCreate individual goals and success plans for each clientCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on the client success plansMeet both retention and growth KPI(s) About You: Problem solverCurious about technology solutionsCustomer service enthusiastTeam playerThoughtful communicatorSucceeds working in a team environmentGood skills in using the phone as an effective method of engaging with clientsMinimum of 3 years of SaaS-based Client Success or Account Management experienceProficiency in sales and CRM systems. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base Salary: between $80K and $120K/year depending on experienceBase Salary + Bonuses (OTE): $150K and $200K/YearYearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year Career Progression: Team LeaderHead of Implementation TeamHead of SupportHead of Account Management Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
