Your Mission: Protect and Preserve: Support the implementation of the robust Risk and Compliance Frameworks to safeguard our operations.
Analyse and Assess: Conduct thorough reviews of business processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Drive Improvement: Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Controls Assurance: Conduct regular testing and assessments of internal controls.
Risk Management: Maintain and update the Risk and Obligations registers to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to identify trends and inform risk-based decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for management and the board on risk and compliance matters.
Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Australian citizenship or PR REQUIRED
