About the role Part time positions available in Adelaide - multiple sitesFlexible working arrangementsEldercare is seeking a self-motivated Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a professional model of spiritual care that is inclusive, person-centered, and integrated across the whole organisation.
This role is all about people and what gives them connection, meaning and purpose.
The Spiritual Care Practitioner provides quality spiritual care across the Eldercare sites to residents and families who are seeking spiritual support and growth.
The Spiritual Care Practitioner role is an expression of the philosophy of holistic care, recognising that an integrated spiritual care approach is a vital part of resident wellbeing.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor degree in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences or equivalent at a tertiary levelClinical Pastoral Education or equivalent reflective practice training (according to current industry standards)Certified Level Two member of Spiritual Care Australia preferred: eligibility essential (see: Spiritual Care Australia (2023).

Applications close 5:00pm, 10 January 2025. To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since the date of issue.
