Our friendly team of coaches and instructors inspire our community to move better, feel better, and live life greatlyA Great OpportunityIn this dynamic and highly collaborative leadership position, you'll oversee all things Group Fitness, Gym Floor and Personal Training.
You will be reporting into the Centre Manager and leading alongside other leaders in Learn to Swim, Squads, Track, Welcome Desk and Lifeguards.
The fast-paced, ever-changing environment ensures that no two days are alike.
As you work, you'll acquire new skills, forge lasting relationships, and devise creative solutions on the fly.
Key responsibilities of the role include:Leadership and Team ManagementTraining and CoachingDelivering Group Fitness ProgramsCommunity EngagementSafety and complianceOur ideal candidate is a passionate leader and fitness industry expert with tertiary qualifications in fitness and leadership.
Expertise in core fitness products, along with excellent organizational, administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, are essential.About YouYou will be passionate about delivering memorable experiences for team, customers and the wider community.
You will have:Demonstrated experience managing a large group fitness team/timetableProven ability to stay up to date with trends in the industryTertiary qualifications in fitness and leadershipExpertise in core fitness offeringsDemonstrated experience in developing high-performing teams and fostering a constructive and inclusive cultureProven ability to be agile in a constantly evolving industryExcellent organisational and administration skills with a high level of attention to detailCurrent Working with Children CheckYour CommitmentWe want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions.
