About the roles
It's an exciting time to be a Business Analyst at People First Bank
Our team of Business Analysts are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by working on concurrent exciting and complex projects across a multi divisional portfolios of work.
We are excited to be seeking additional Business Analysts to join us and will be offering exciting opportunities across our projects including:
Lending Complex migration projects Payroll & HRIS Salesforce
As a member of a large and supportive team, you will enjoy partnering with multiple stakeholders to support transformational projects.
You will actively support the design, build, test and deployment activities so that business requirements are well documented and appropriately managed throughout project life cycles.
About you
As an experienced business analyst, your work experience demonstrates an ability to think analytically and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Your exceptional communication skills enable you to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels whilst your adaptability allows you to successfully deliver in dynamic environments.
We also seek:
Experience in finance or IT fields Solid understanding of banking and financial services operations Experience working in Lending, migration projects, Payroll/HRIS or Salesforce projects Experience in requirements management, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Candidates who have completed a PRINCE2 qualification and have knowledge of Agile Business Analysis and BABOK will be highly regarded.
