We focus on delivering customer value and driving transformative change.The Delivery Lead oversees the end-to-end delivery of e-mobility initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
This role involves expertise in e-mobility products, contributing directly to team outcomes, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to meet timelines and scope.The Delivery Lead champions Agile principles, supports Product Owners, monitors progress, resolves issues, and fosters continuous improvement.
Effective communication with stakeholders is key to aligning program goals and driving successful outcomes.
This role sits within the E&I value stream, focused on incubating and scaling products that help customers decarbonize their lives and transportation.What you'll be doing:Lead the optimization of squad workflows to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives, driving alignment with business outcomes and acting as a key escalation point for delivery challenges.Take an active role in driving and delivering squad outcomes, working hands-on to boost squad capacity and ensure timely completion of all commitments.Build strong relationships across E&I and Customer Markets to manage dependencies and foster collaboration, ensuring seamless cross-team coordination and minimizing duplication.Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and impediments at the squad level, ensuring smooth flow of value and effective alignment across value streams.Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving iterative enhancements, facilitating retrospectives, and fostering feedback loops to boost team performance and collaboration.About you:Previous demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment.Experience in program management or managing multiple delivery teams preferable.Experience in setting up and monitoring OKRs and KPIs.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex dynamic environments.At AGL, we offer a wide range of benefits including:Flexible working options including hybrid work.Discounts on energy, telcos, and solar plans.Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.Access 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary carer.Access to an additional week of recharge leave per year.Play an active role in our diversity & inclusion initiatives.Novated leasing and Electric Vehicle subscriptions.Access to study assistance, AGL's share purchase plan, and insurance deals.
