As an IT Project Manager at St John WA, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our digital initiatives are successfully implemented, directly impacting our ability to serve the Western Australian community.

In this role, you'll not only enhance our technological capabilities but also play a vital part in building a resilient, connected, and thriving community across Western Australia.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract working 37.5 hours per week based in Belmont.
What you'll do:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while also managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
Collaborate closely with business teams to implement digital initiatives that align with practical business needs and IT standards.
Promote an atmosphere where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
What you'll need:
Experience leading Technology Projects and Programs through the full project life cycle.
Relevant business-related tertiary qualification or equivalent.
Relevant industry certifications in IT Project Management such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
