We have an exciting, fixed term temporary full-time opportunity for you to join our Office of Deputy Director-General based in Brisbane CBD
Coordinate and facilitate project management and governance processes and support for the Office of the Deputy Director-General and branches.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and facilitate project management and governance processes and support for the Office of the Deputy Director-General and branches.
Your key responsibilities Collect, consolidate and analyse program and project data to support effective decision making.
Produce accurate, reliable and timely statistical reports.
Participate in relevant projects carried out by the Department of Health and CPSS.
Undertake research on current or future activities within the team, providing training and support as required.
Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, branches, departmental divisions and other key stakeholders.
The successful person You will have demonstrated:
Ability in the use of information technology systems to collect, analyse, report and disseminate data.
Sound communication skills including a demonstrated ability to consult effectively with internal personnel, external organisations and professional groups and proven writing skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities, project manage, set priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.
Ability to work as a member of a professional team.
