Job Overview:
As a Google Ads Buyer, you will play a critical role in executing and optimising our paid search strategies.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer acquisition through Google Ads, ensuring our products reach the right audience efficiently.
You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to craft campaigns that align with Lucent Globe's brand, goals, and values.

Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads, to achieve targeted ROI.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize ad targeting.
Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics, making adjustments to maximize ad performance and conversion rates.
Develop and execute A/B testing for ad copy, images, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the content team to create effective ad copy that aligns with Lucent Globe's voice and mission.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data insights to inform future strategies.
Manage and optimise the ad budget, balancing cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and other metrics to ensure efficient spending.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Google Ads or a similar PPC role.
Proven track record of successful Google Ads campaign management and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and other related tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in e-commerce or with sustainable products is a plus.
