What will you do? We're looking for a strategic Product Owner for Google Ads to manage the product lifecycle, optimize performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
This role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, development, and client success teams to enhance Google Ads services and support small businesses nationwide.Define and communicate a strategic vision for Google Ads that aligns with company goals and market needs.Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, customer demands, and competitors.Develop a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and resources.Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to develop, test, and launch Google Ads features.Focus on improving automation, targeting, bidding, and ad optimization to maximize ROI for small businesses.Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and refine features to enhance campaign performance and scalability.Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with sales, account management, and client success teams to understand customer needs and feedback for Google Ads.Provide training and support to ensure consistent messaging and effective selling of solutions.Serve as the primary contact for Google Ads inquiries, working with Google's support teams as needed.Performance Monitoring & Reporting Establish KPIs to measure Google Ads product success, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction.Regularly report on initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Use data analytics tools to monitor product health, identify trends, and address performance shifts proactively.Customer-Centric Focus Advocate for small businesses by understanding their Google Ads needs and challenges.Lead user research and feedback sessions to ensure products meet customer expectations.Manage the feedback loop to drive product improvements and strategy adjustments.Shape the Google Ads product vision at Localsearch to align with business goals and industry standards.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.Who are you & what will you bring? Demonstrated 8+ years' experience in Google Ads campaign management, strategy development, and optimisation.Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle, including developing roadmaps, defining requirements, and overseeing execution.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Why it's great to work with us Perks - Paid parental leave, free parking, discounted gym memberships, and a café with barista-made coffee.
