The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the exciting opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Head of IT implementing and managing IT Infrastructure to ensure security, suitability, and optimal performance for Kinrise, Kin, and the Geminder Family across multiple sites and teams nationwide.
How you will make a difference: Proven delivery of commercial and performance-driven solutions for cloud, end-user computing, server, network, and services.Manage core architecture and global administrative functions (Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Core Infrastructure, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Telephony, Collaboration Platforms, Network and Security, End-user computing, and Factory infrastructure).Collaborate with IT Support Vendors and the infrastructure team to deliver projects and improve support and project outcomes.Analyse costs, value, and risks of infrastructure setup and configuration to identify and implement cost, security, and upgrade initiatives.Oversee IT Asset management, documentation, licensing, and vendor management.Manage the Helpdesk and Infrastructure team, including IT specialists and Managed services providers.Coordinate and collaborate with Geminder Family companies on infrastructure and support needs.Provide services across 9 sites and 680 staff nationally, and 50 staff across KinGroup.What you'll bring to Kinrise: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and project management.Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and security platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Defender), Apple devices via Intune.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence decisions, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors, demonstrating a consistent track record of ownership and delivering results.A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.If you're passionate about technology, thrive in dynamic environments, and are ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
