We will consider applications from people seeking either Part time hours, or Full time hours.Reporting to the Manager Business Integration, you will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies and goals, by working closely with business leaders and teams to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value and support the company's overall objectives.Duties:Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and technology requirements.Identify opportunities for technology to drive business growth and competitiveness.Seek to understand operational priorities by working closely with the operational teams.Support business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.Simplify complex technology recommendations and tailor solutions to operational requirements.Skills and Experience:ITSM/ITIL knowledge and experience along with Project Delivery Models.Understanding of business drivers and the value/cost/risk associated with them.Strong interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to influence at all levels.The ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.An understanding of platforms, software development, and integration.Perth ROC Facilities:Free on-site parking at remote operational centre (ROC)Modern spacious office with break-out facilitiesIn-house café providing variety of hot & cold food options and barista coffeeFlexi Leave available to all Perth based office staffFlexible working hours outside of core business hoursActive social club with community events and activities for employeesLifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your familyAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.We are a company where people matter.
