has a fierce passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & Carehas an inclusive leadership style and will mentor, motivate & empower our team in achieving professional growthis committed to their own professional development within the industryAs the Educational Leader, you will work closely with both our Leadership Team & Educator cohort to provide curriculum direction as well as drive continuous improvements within our educational programs and practices.
Through reflection and review, you will identify the team's individual and collective strengths to create stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities for our children's inquisitive young minds to take flight.
You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, team members, and the wider community.
Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new state-of-the-art Service
The service consists of 6 studios, 89 licensed places, a separate programming room, a staff retreat area, and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond.
This location is perfect for our team and families with access to a gym, Pilates, medical facilities, and great food selections within walking distance, with public transport right at the door.
