Educational Leader Sparrow Early Learning Currimundi Part-time Role | 5 Days a week We are looking for someone who: Has a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care Thrives working within a team and enjoys having some fun along the way Is a highly motivated, passionate and inspiring leader About the Role: As an Educational Leader, you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators.
You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space.
In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators.
You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members.
At Sparrow Early Learning Currimundi, we believe that building a strong community provides a safe and solid foundation for lifelong learning.
We provide a play-based program based on the interest of each individual child and their family.
We love the outdoors and water play.
Located just 250 metres from the beautiful Currimundi Beach, our centre has been caring for children in our community for over 20 years and we are lucky enough to be seeing second generations of families come through.
