has a fierce passion for high quality Early Childhood Education & Carehas an inclusive leadership style and will mentor, motivate & empower our team in achieving professional growthis committed to their own professional development within the industryAs our Educational Leader, you will work closely with both our Senior Leadership Team & Educator cohort and provide curriculum direction as well as drive continuous improvements within our educational programs and practices.
Through reflection and review, you will identify the teams' individual and collective strengths to create stimulating and inclusive learning opportunities for our children's inquisitive young minds to take flight.
