You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space.
In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators.
You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members.
Our Sippy Downs childcare centre has a vision to create a welcoming space for children filled with awe and wonder; thoughtfully designed for play, learning, creation, and social connection.
