Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 12 hours per week Required to work Thursday & Friday Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $35.90 per hour (School Salary Scale) / (Services Salary Scale)

Siena Catholic Primary School is located in Sippy Downs, in close proximity to the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. We are a co-educational, Catholic primary school catering for approximately 630 students. We are seeking a Finance Secretary to assist the School Leadership Team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks to support the financial operations of the school. Under the direction of the Principal and Finance Officer, you will provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.
The successful applicant will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, including:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is a must. Ability to use and learn software related to finance is required. A successful applicant MUST hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement and be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
