We believe we have the best quality products, technology & people to deliver a superior customer and people journey.Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?Reporting to the Office Manager and as part of our close-knit People & Culture team, you will be integral to the smooth operation of both our Port Melbourne head office, and our locations nationally. As receptionist, you will be the face of the company whilst owning and assisting with a variety of administrative and office duties. Additional responsibilities include:Full time management of Reception areaManaging and maintaining suppliers & office maintenanceReporting & invoicing managementEvent & Travel CoordinationLender accreditations & referrer agreement managementSupport the broader business with admin tasks and queriesTo be successful in the role, you will have:Excellent communication skills – you will be the face of our companyProven organisational and time management skillsSelf drive and ability to work independently, with limit supervisionPrior experience with Microsoft Office suitePrior experience with invoice management systems desirableSuccessful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.Important to know, this role requires your availability to work from our Port Melbourne Office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) – However life happens, and we will do our best to support adhoc requests.If you are ready to be the face of our dynamic company, enjoy a variety of business support, administrative and reception duties, all whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences, then this could be the opportunity for you We are looking for a great communicator, with proven problem solving and attention to detail skills to join our team now, so click apply to learn more…The Great StuffWe are a diverse bunch of people who take pride in our company, customers and products.
