The Opportunity: Based in our accommodation facilities set to open in January 2025 in Frankston, as a Support Worker at Claro, you will be supporting our customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.
Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:
Providing support in everyday activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance which may include meal preparationShift times: Casual hours available across 7 days.
