Associate Director Business Services Tax BrisbaneThis role can provide the right person the opportunity to move to Brisbane, join a leading boutique firm, and gain equity in the short term.
The existing directors are open to a person starting the role remotely, settling their affairs, and then moving to Brisbane to take on the role in-house.
THE FIRM Fast growing niche practice with compound annual growth rate averaging 50% over the past three years.
Current fee budget $9 million.

A deep expertise and recognised thought leadership in their service offering.A sophisticated marketing function that provides the platform for continued fee/client growth.A significant investment in creating the technology, systems, and processes needed to allow a streamlined workflow process.THE WORK Having several years of experience as a manager in business services and tax, you will be involved in the following:
You will handle your own portfolio of clients with the support of a highly trained offshore team who do the 'heavy lifting'.
Your piece is to supervise this team and to deal directly with the clients.Whilst the firm has a separate CFO advisory division, you will be trained in aspects of advisory and management accounting in order to add greater value to your clients and strengthen these relationships.You will be actively encouraged, supported, and trained to become a genuine advisor to your clients.THE CAREER PATH The firm offers a variety of career pathways tailored to the individual.
Progression to director and ownership is achievable in the short to medium term.

With 2 days WFH available from the start.REMUNERATION Commensurate with experience, indicative salaries range from $160-$200k per annum; however, the firm will consider candidates with greater expectations who have the track record to justify it.Salaries for junior partners range from $300-$500k. #J-18808-Ljbffr
