About the role
Icehouse Logistics, a leading 3PL provider of end-to-end logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Eastern Creek (Head Office), NSW.
This full-time role will be instrumental in driving the company's people strategy and ensuring a positive, engaging work environment for all employees based in various locations in NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's business objectives.Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and separation.Fostering a positive, inclusive company culture and promoting employee engagement and wellbeing.Providing strategic HR advice and support to management on various people-related matters.Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.Working with our Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator to deliver high-quality, efficient HR/HSQ policies, procedures, and deliverables.What we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR management role, preferably in a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment.Thorough understanding of Enterprise Agreements, employment laws, and best practices in HR management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, business-aligned solutions.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.What we offer
