We are proud to partner exclusively with a leading mining producer based in West Perth to source a hands-on Financial Controller.
This is a critical leadership role with direct reporting to the CEO and oversight of a team of five.

As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the following:
Review, monitor, and report operational physical data inputsMaintain and update management accounting data and recordsPrepare and analyze management reports, ensuring accurate classification of transactionsConduct variance analysis and transaction-level reviewsOversee IT and communications functionsManage corporate and site-specific management information reportingProvide internal audit functions for both corporate and site levelsSupport and review capital expenditure proposalsDevelop and enhance operational reporting processesPerform detailed analyses of cash balances, costs, payables, forecasts, and accrualsDeliver ongoing managerial support and ad-hoc reporting as requiredLead the preparation and improvement of key financial data and reportingCoordinate and communicate management reporting to stakeholders and senior leadersYour Profile
