State Director - Property Advisory Consultancy - NSW Skip to content Full time From $200k base salary + super + incentive Regional Director – Drive Strategic and Operational Growth in New South WalesReporting to the group CEO and COO, this leading multi-disciplined Property Advisory consultancy are seeking a Regional Director to set/drive strategic growth whilst ensuring smooth operational delivery across their service offerings in New South Wales (NSW).An established brand in the property sector, they have an experienced cohort of highly regarded technical experts at the director level supported by a team of talented professionals across several offices in Australia.With the director's technical expertise in such high demand (both externally from clients and in developing the technical capacity of the internal teams) the focus on this role is to work collaboratively with the national leadership team in the setting and achieving of growth targets for the division and broader performance in the state (NSW) by removing operational roadblocks and unlocking new business development potentials where possible.As a Senior Director within a property-infrastructure advisory business, you will need to have a good understanding of the property sector and ideally have worked within a consultancy style business focused on the front end of the property development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and implement growth strategies to expand our presence and impact across Australia's urban landscape.Lead Operational Excellence and Financial Performance: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Business Development: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and government bodies to unlock new opportunities.Regional Leadership: Inspire and mentor a regional team including functional leaders to achieve outstanding results and foster a culture of innovation.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in driving business growth and leading high-performance teams in property advisory, planning, design, or a related field.Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.A passion for shaping urban futures and contributing to sustainable, thriving communities and places.This is an exciting time of growth for the organisation who are looking to make deliberate and structured growth within the New South Wales market over the next few years and are looking for you to be a key figure in this growth.Offering an attractive salary package and bonus.
