Customer Service Representative

There are regular customer service roles, and there are customer service roles with a team like us where the size of the organisation, the number of industries we support, and the number of challenges we overcome every day means a role with PFD is anything but regular.

Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first and key point of contact for our customers;Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;Process customer orders and/or enquiries;Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.Key Competencies, Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.What PFD is Offering the Successful CandidateWe are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
