This is your chance to step into a Portfolio Manager role where your leadership will shape the future of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC/OOSH) services across key growth areas in Sydney.
This position is designed for a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives on driving quality, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.
You'll oversee a network of services, guiding management teams to deliver outstanding programs that resonate with children, families, and communities.

What You'll Be Doing Lead with Purpose: Oversee a portfolio of services, ensuring they align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) v2.0.
Foster Growth & Innovation: Create a culture of continuous improvement through reflective practice.
Drive Operational Excellence: Balance high-level strategy with hands-on leadership to support teams.
Mentor & Develop: Coach and empower service leaders to deliver engaging and impactful programs.
Navigate Change with Confidence: Provide steady, proactive leadership in a dynamic sector.
Strengthen Community Connections: Build relationships with schools, government bodies, and families.
Who We're Looking For: A Natural Leader: Experienced in multi-site leadership, with a passion for guiding and mentoring teams.
OSHC / ECE Expertise: Strong understanding of NQF, MTOP, and best practices in education & care.
Strategic & Operational Thinker: Able to drive organisational success while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Business & Financial Acumen: Confident in managing budgets, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Collaborative & Relationship-Driven: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, from educators to families and communities.
Passionate About Quality & Innovation: Dedicated to creating enriching environments where children thrive.
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma-level in a relevant field.
Compliance: NSW Working With Children Check, National Police Check & reference screening required.
Child Safeguarding: Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards ).
In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to: A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
