Through continued growth in the B2B / commercial space - the newly created Sales Director position is expected to lead by example, embodying values such as integrity, accountability, and respect for both internal teams and external partners.

Role Overview The Sales Director will lead our clients B2B / commercial portfolio, overseeing a small, high-performing team of sales professionals.
This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, managing key reseller and customer relationships, and delivering significant sales growth in both direct and indirect channels.
Sitting on the Senior Leadership team, the Sales Director will take full P&L responsibility, align with global strategies, and leverage best practices to create a competitive advantage.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, strategic vision, and a hands-on, results-driven approach to achieving ambitious targets.
Background & Experience Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least three years of team leadership.
They'll have a hunter-mentality, hungry to strengthen key customer relationships, but also to seek out new customers.
They should possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales channels.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges, reflecting our clients values and approach to business.
They should inspire their team through strategic thinking, empathy, and effective coaching, cultivating a culture of mutual trust and personal development.
This role demands collaboration across departments and geographies, requiring a leader who thrives in a fast-paced structure and values teamwork and shared success.
A background in related industries such B2B / commercial hardware, consumer or white goods, electrical, office equipment, or similar is critical for success in the position.
Whilst we're looking for someone to ideally be based in Sydney for the position, our client is open to looking at applications from Victoria and beyond, for the right experience.
