As a Level 2 Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role within their technical team, providing advanced technical support to a diverse client base.
This role involves troubleshooting complex IT issues, implementing solutions, and mentoring junior team members.
We're seeking an individual with a solid technical background, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues efficiently and effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows, and networking (routers and switches).Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to Level 1 support technicians.Collaborate with other members of the technical team to implement and optimize IT solutions for clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role, with a focus on Level 2 support.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Windows.Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.Location: This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as needed.
