We are expanding our team and are looking for a HSEQ Systems Coordinator to assist Management in maintaining and continuously improving the HSEQ system at Odina Industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSEQ professional or an individual who is enthusiastic to become an HSEQ professional.
As the HSEQ Systems Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to:
Maintain and manage HSEQ compliance documentation, including SWMS, permits, registers Manage the Subcontractor management process (vetting and compliance of subcontractors) Maintain and continuously improve the company's integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Maintain and manage the company's HSEQ platforms Deliver HSEQ training when required Assist the Directors with preparing HSEQ reports and general office administration Manage and assist in investigating incidents, injuries and near misses Perform HSEQ audits and inspections to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures Participate in external HSEQ audits and client meetings Experience and skills:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role High level of written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditation (highly desirable) Experience in Avetta (desirable) Qualifications:
WHS Qualification (Highly desirable) Construction White Card and valid driver's license Valid First Aid (preferred) About Odina Industries:
