We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionSupport IT systems and infrastructure as required (some travel and on-call may be required).Create and update documentation:Instructions and guidesSystem configuration documentationMeeting minutes and decisionsCommon problems and solutionsStandard operating procedures.Optimise IT spending on hardware and software licences.Participate in incident management and resolution.Manage lifecycle for all IT hardware (sourcing, provisioning, setup, support, replacement).Manage user access and software licences.Provide assistance to Platforms and Service Desk teams when needed.Provide IT support to all GROWgetters and for business initiatives.Onboard and induct new GROWgetters.Liaise and engage with vendors for all third party software and tools.Manage the IT Helpdesk in JIRA Service Desk and ensure all issues are actioned in a timely manner (including meeting established SLAs).Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROWBirthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
