Shipping documents and Manufacturing Declaration confirmationConfirm shipping documents with the TAM team, including but not limited to packing lists, and transportation insurance documents.Draft Manufacturing Declaration documents for AU shipment.Shipping ExecutionResponsible for receiving and inspecting incoming items to ensure that the quantity and quality are consistent with the order.Ensure that goods received are processed, documented and tracked in accordance with the company's receiving process.Confirm and process daily orders, including but not limited to order entry, verification, and tracking. Coordinate other transportation-related activities, such as transportation arrangements, warehouse management, etc.Pick and pack goods according to order requirements, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods.Arrange for the pickup of goods to ensure timely delivery to the destination. Upload and analyze cost data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Upload transportation cost data into the company's internal system in accordance with the prescribed format and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up on any issues that may arise during the upload process and resolve them in a timely manner to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data.Manage the vendor billing process, including reviewing vendor bills and invoices to ensure consistency with contracts and agreements. Coordinate communication with vendors, handle any billing issues and disputes, and maintain good working relationships.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Logistics, Customs or related field.Prior experience in Biology/Life Sciences is an added advantage.Strong understanding of the processes involved in managing the movement of goods and materials, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Have in-depth knowledge of Australian Customs policies, regulations and procedures.Good communication and collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers.
