About the position: As Production Manager at Cullen Jewellery, you'll manage our jewellery production process, ensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
You will implement strategies, process improvements, and manage resources to support business growth.
With a focus on innovation and team leadership, you'll help us continue delivering exceptional, ethically sourced jewellery.
Key Responsibilities include: Manage the production process to ensure it meets the organisation's quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery timelines.Manage the daily operations of the production department, ensuring efficient workflows and production timelines are met.Request, review and approve all CAD designs for production and coordinate any necessary adjustments.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions together with the Head of Production to enhance production efficiency and quality.Manage the quality control process in collaboration with the workshop team, ensuring all finished orders meet the company's standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Showroom, Workshop, and Client Care, to ensure production aligns with client expectations and business goals.What are we seeking?
