Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Our client is a leader in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
With state-of-the-art facilities in both inner-city suburbs and Tullamarine, they continue to grow at a rapid rate and are looking for their next senior production professional.
The Production Manager will lead a talented team of operators in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products within a GMP regulated environment that meets the requirements of ISO 9001, TGA and FDA regulations.
Experience with sterile manufacturing will be highly regarded, along with those experienced in high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Benefits: Join an industry leader in pharmaceuticalsExcellent team and excellent company cultureSignificant career development opportunitiesInnovative medicines that have a global impactResponsibilities: Setup of manufacturing equipment and supervision of the manufacturing processOperation and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and troubleshootingEnsure that all activities are carried out in accordance with compliance requirementsManage production schedules and ensure that targets are metDeveloping and maintaining SOP and WI documentsMaintaining and recording of batch documents and other technical reportsTraining, supervising and mentoring manufacturing operatorsThe Successful Candidate will possess: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar leadership role within pharmaceutical manufacturingStrong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)Experience with technology transfer – New products into the manufacturing stageAbility to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environmentEffective communication skills and good interpersonal skillsPermanent resident visa or Australian citizenshipIf this role sounds like you, then please apply with your cover letter and resume.
