Based in Sydney, these roles sit uniquely within the nexus of traditional brand strategy and shopper strategy—a space where long-term brand building meets the immediate motivations of the shopper journey. If you thrive on merging strategic thinking with actionable insights, this role is crafted for you.What You'll Do:Blend Brand & Shopper Insights: Shape insight-led strategies that address both brand equity and shopper engagement, aligning brand storytelling with the practicalities of purchase behavior.Drive Strategic Vision: Work as a strategic lead, partnering with the Managing Partner, Account Directors, and our clients to architect multi-channel solutions that resonate across the brand activation spectrum.Integrate Data & Cultural Insights: Use a blend of data-driven analysis and cultural intelligence to create strategies that inspire creative teams and deliver measurable results for our clients.Champion Innovation & Inclusivity: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, sharing best practices and inspiring others to think dynamically about brand and shopper intersections.About You:Hybrid Thinker: You have an innate ability to bridge brand vision with the immediacy of shopper needs, crafting strategies that spark both emotional connection and action.Strategic Relationship Builder: Skilled in building trust with clients, you're a proactive thinker who can uncover and act on business opportunities that align with our agency's vision.Insightful Communicator: Whether presenting to clients or collaborating with teams, you're adept at translating complex insights into compelling narratives.Growth-Oriented & Adaptable: With a relentless pursuit of growth, you bring curiosity and agility to everything you do.Why Traffik?We are a creatively led activation agency, who through a cross-discipline BTL team move people to act.
